Shugyou Karate are proud to run 2 fitness sessions a week non karate related

Mondays 16:30 till 17:15

Thursdays 17:10 till 17:55 

These sessions are open to non karate members, and are £4 per session

this is on a payg no contracts no signing on fee and no membership required.
